link in a Web Services Description Language (WSDL) document.
XML Web services, like XML itself, use namespaces to uniquely
identify names. The use of namespaces makes sure, for example,
that the services provided by different organizations are not
confused with each other.
The "http://webservices.cloanto.com" property is not the
address of a website, but rather it was chosen by Cloanto
Corporation to
define a unique namespace. This uniqueness is guaranteed by
internet naming authorities, who assigned "cloanto.com", and by
Cloanto, who assigned the "webservices" part of the hierarchy.
This web page and the redirection to it serve no function other
than explaining the purpose of the
"http://webservices.cloanto.com" namespace.
