Web Service Method Returns "System.InvalidOperationException:
Unable to Generate a Temporary Class"

The Web service's HTML description and help pages
appear to work fine, however when using a web browser
to invoke a specific method a "System.InvalidOperationException:
Unable to generate a temporary class..." message
appears.
DISCUSSION
This error condition is usually related to the
access privileges of the Temp folder used by account
that is processing the Web service request.
Make sure that the "ASPNET" account (or other
account, e.g. if impersonation is used) has read/write
access to the "C:\WINNT\TEMP" folder (or whatever
Temp folder is used by the account).
